TRP blocker
Functions
Activator of TRPV1, V2 and V3 but not V4, V5 or V6. Has been demonstrated to potentiate the effect of capsain, protons and heat on TRPV1. Also blocks IP3 induced calcium release. Cell permeable.
Application Procedures
First dissolved in DMSO (up to 20 mg/ml) or in Ethanol (up to 5 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO or ethanol may be stored at -20°C for up to 2 months.
