Introduction

Stainless Steel Fiber Felt is a specialized material made from uniformly distributed nonwoven stainless steel fibers with controlled diameters. The felt is vacuum-sintered at high temperature and finished by roller pressing to achieve a smooth structure.

Fiber diameter strongly influences performance: finer fibers create smaller pore sizes and higher filtration accuracy, while larger fiber diameters improve air permeability and have less impact on maximum pore size.
