The MSE PRO AutoPure DNA/RNA Extractor – Automatic (Flagship) is a fully automated, high‑throughput magnetic bead‑based system designed to deliver maximum yield, purity, and reproducibility of DNA, RNA, and proteins. The system supports a wide range of hazardous and non‑hazardous samples, including viral, bacterial, fungal, blood, plasma, urine, serum, plant, seed, and food matrices.
Designed for true walk‑away operation, the extractor processes up to 96 samples per run using a precision servo‑driven rotary table that ensures accurate plate positioning and secure handling throughout the workflow. The six‑stage extraction process—binding, up to four wash steps, and elution—ensures consistent performance for demanding downstream applications such as PCR, qPCR, and sequencing.
The system features an open, kit‑agnostic architecture, allowing compatibility with multiple reagent chemistries and standard labware. Advanced software provides full protocol control, including magnetic movement depth, mixing speed, cycle timing, and temperature, with internal memory for 500+ customizable protocols. Optional heating from ambient to 95 °C and integrated safety sensors further enhance reliability.
This flagship system is ideal for clinical diagnostics, public health laboratories, biotechnology, food testing, and high‑throughput molecular research facilities.

wares. - Precision rotary table design for six 96 wells plate driven by servo motor for accurate positioning, compact in design. 96 well plates secured properly on rotary table by spring and locking mechanism.
- The system is designed to be very simple and user-friendly for processing up to 96
samples in one run. - Six Stages: Purification & Extraction method employs one binding, up to 4 washing and one elution step. (Open system).
- The key advantage of using MSE PRO AutoPure DNA/RNA Extractor HT is to isolate nucleic acid with minimal processing time of 10 to 40 minutes based upon protocol selection and reagent.
- The system is designed to isolate nucleic acid with highest purity and yield so that the DNA/RNA isolated is suitable for downstream applications such as PCR, qPCR, and sequencing requirements.

Extractor HT Software:

- The system comes with five default speeds:
- 1. Very slow
- 2. Slow
- 3. Medium
- 4. High, and
- 5. Very high for extraction of nucleic acids, which the user can select as per the requirement.
- The user can customize the magnet in protocol movement cycle by time, stopping
place, time to stop, and maximum depth entry in wells plate. - Magnetic mixing speed selectable, varying mixing depth and speed.
- Protocols can also be uploaded via pen drive from computer control unit with 10” touch screen user interface.
- Inbuilt internal memory to store up to 500 protocols or more.
- Protocol contains variable speed, time, number of cycles, and temperature.
- Sensor provided to auto-return the tip comb plate if it wrongly collides with 96 well plates. After correction, it will follow further tests.
