Description
The MA0066620 is a fully automated molecular diagnostic system that performs nucleic acid extraction and real time PCR all in one. The instrument, combined with universal magnetic bead-based nucleic acid extraction reagents and fluorescence quantitative PCR reagents, supports QPCR testing of 8 samples in one experiment. Users only need to add samples without complex operations such as pipetting, greatly reducing manual intervention and realizing a fully automated process of "sample in, result out." PCR amplification is carried out in a closed environment, thereby avoiding aerosol contamination. The instrument is an open system that can adapt to commonly used reagent systems on the market, with a wide range of applications such as animal and plant disease detection and rapid on-site testing, etc.
