Electron spectroscopy is currently mainly used in such fields of great application value as catalysis, metal corrosion, bonding, electrode processes, and semiconductor materials and devices, to explore the composition, morphology, structure, chemical state, electronic structure, and surface bonding of solid surfaces. 

Ultraviolet Photoelectron Spectrometer (UPS) is used to measure the work function and valence band top of conductor or semiconductor materials. It is a photoelectron spectrum with ultraviolet light as the excitation light source. The photon energy of the excitation source is low, and the photon is generated by the deexcitation of excited atoms or ions. The most commonly used low-energy photon sources are helium I and helium II.

Analytical Service Minimum order requirement: $250 per order. A $200 handling fee will be applied if order is below $250.
