PowderPro A1 14-in-1 Automated Powder Characteristics Tester
Introduction
Key Features
1. Measured and calculated parameters
PowderPro A1 measures fully automatic:
- Sieve Size
- Angle of Repose
- Angle of Fall
- Angle of Spatula
- Bulk Density
- Tapped Density
- Dispersibility
- Voidage
- Cohesion
PowderPro A1 calculates fully automatic:
- Angle of Difference
- Compressibility
- Uniformity
- Flowability Index
- Floodability Index

2. Sieve Analysis
The PowderPro A1 is equipped with an integrated sieving function that facilitates sieve analysis, a key method for determining particle size distribution. This technique helps evaluate important properties like flowability, reactivity, and compressibility, making it invaluable for industries like pharmaceuticals, geology, metallurgy, and construction. By directly connecting to a balance that captures the tare weight of sieves, the PowderPro A1 minimizes human error, ensuring more accurate and reliable results. This user-friendly and cost-effective solution improves particle size analysis while ensuring superior product quality.

3. Measure angles with image method
A high-definition Charge Coupled Device (CCD) camera captures an image of the powder pile, allowing precise measurement of parameters like the angle of repose, angle of fall and angle of spatula. These measurements are obtained with high precision and good repeatability through the advanced image processing technology.
4. Patented rotary vibration technology
Ensure smooth surface of the powder and to improve measurement accuracy.
5. Automatic control technology
Fully automatic computer control ensures easy usage and fast operation.
6. Conformity
- ISO 3953:2011
- USP 44 - NF 39 <616>
- Ph. Eur.10.0 04/2019:20934
7. Data communication
An electronic scale is connected to the instrument and the weight data is automatically transferred to the system for data processing and calculation of results.
8. Advanced technology of tapped density
The tapped density is achieved through the perfect combination of variable frequency and rotary vibration technology. The vibration frequency of 50 to 300 times per minute can be continuously adjusted; vibration amplitude of 3 or 14 mm can be selected. During vibration, the cylinder is in a uniform rotation state, this guarantees the horizontal powder surface and improves the accuracy of the reading.
- Measure Angle of Repose

- Measure Bulk Density and Tapped Density
