MAWORDE Live Cell Observation Mini-Incubator QTK-C

Live Cell Observation Mini-Incubator provides a stable, temperature- and gas-controlled microenvironment for long-term live-cell imaging, enabling continuous observation without disturbing cell physiology.

The Live Cell Observation Mini-Incubator (QTK-C) is designed for long-term, stable live-cell imaging under precisely controlled environmental conditions. It is fully compatible with confocal microscopes, inverted microscopes, and other imaging platforms, enabling continuous observation without disrupting cell physiology.

The QTK-C integrates a mini-incubator chamber with a dedicated temperature control system, ensuring stable thermal conditions throughout prolonged observation periods. For seamless integration, the mini-incubator can be customized to fit specific microscope sample holders, providing reliable compatibility across different imaging systems.

Flexible Gas Control Configurations

The QTK-C supports multiple gas control options, allowing users to select the configuration that best matches their experimental requirements:

  • Mini-Incubator with Tri-Gas Mixer:
Precise three-gas control by mixing 100% N₂, CO₂, and compressed air. Specifically designed for hypoxic or multi-gas live-cell observation within the mini-incubator.
  • Mini-Incubator with CO₂ Mixer:
Accurate CO₂ concentration control by mixing 100% CO₂ with purified air, suitable for standard CO₂-dependent cell culture experiments.
  • Mini-Incubator with Gas Intake Control System:
Controls gas intake time and flow rate for pre-mixed gases, enabling simple and repeatable environmental regulation.
  • Mini-Incubator with Gas Flowmeter:
Provides a constant, low gas flow using pre-mixed gas, ideal for applications requiring stable gas exchange with minimal disturbance.

Optional Features:

Humidity Control: Optional humidity regulation using a water pan or superabsorbent polymer to maintain a stable humid environment inside the mini-incubator during long-term imaging.
