LY-171883 is a selective and orally active leukotriene D4 (LTD4) antagonist (Ki = 0.63 µM). It is also an activator of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptors (PPAR’s).
Application Procedures
First dissolved in DMSO (up to 30 mg/ml) or in Ethanol (up to 15 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO or ethanol may be stored at -20°C for up to 3 months.
