Functions
Water soluble hydrogen sulfide slow-releasing molecule. Rate of release at pH 7.4 and 37°C was 4.17 ± 0.5 nmol/25 min. Release rate is both pH and temperature dependent. It displays vasodilatory, anti-hypertensive, cardioprotective, anti-inflammatory, and anticancer effects.
Application Procedures
First dissolved in DMSO (up to 25 mg/ml) or in Water (up to 25 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO or distilled water may be stored at -20°C for up to 3 months.
