Introduction
The Hiner-pack® Snap-on Clips For 4-inch Waffle Pack (106.88×50.8×13.69)mm with 1+1 Capacity, 2 Clips is an accessory that locks the tray and cover together by applying uniform compression along the tray edges. This prevents die movement, offsets lid or tray warpage, and ensures stack stability during handling, shipping, or automated processing.
Application
This 4-inch Waffle Pack clip is a two-piece clips/clamps that securely holds the tray and cover in a combined form, which protects die and substrates such as thin film capacitors, shims, RF switches, MMICs, pedestals, etc. from damage when shipped in industry standard waffle pack chip trays. It can hold stacked trays and covers with snaps, making it easier to maneuver than traditional clips. The height of the clip/clamp can be customized to fit chip trays of different thicknesses.
