The primary purpose of wafer testing rocking curves is to evaluate the quality and performance of the crystal by measuring the angular divergence of a specific crystal plane within the sample.

Analytical Service Minimum order requirement: $250 per order. A $200 handling fee will be applied if order is below $250.
