Atomic Absorption Spectrometer (AAS) Analytical Service

Overview

The Atomic Absorption Spectrometer can perform trace and ultra-trace measurements of multiple elements. It also offers sample preparation options, such as dilution, digestion (microwave, acid dissolution, alkali dissolution), and more.

Sample Requirement

Prepared Liquid Samples Requirements:

• Clear solution (must be stable with no precipitate), provide 5-10 mL. The solution should be neutral to slightly acidic, with acid concentration below 5% (HF-dissolved solutions cannot be tested directly; fluoride ions must be fully evaporated, and pre-digested samples should also be diluted).
• Organic or carbon-containing solutions cannot be tested directly; nitric acid digestion is required to ensure carbon is absent from the solution.
• The solution must contain no insoluble impurities or organic matter! It is recommended to filter liquid samples with a 0.45 µm membrane. After sealing the liquid sample container, wrap it with sealing film to prevent leakage.

Unprepared Solid Samples Requirements:

• Powdered samples should be at least 100 mg.
• For solid samples in small quantities, wrap them in weighing paper and place them in a tube.
