Hot embedding resins are extremely hard, acid-resistant and low-shrinkage. They reduce sweating and guarantee clean edges when polishing. Hot embedding resins are available in powder form and are divided into two categories:
- Thermoresistant (Phenolic or Allylic)
- Thermoplastic (Acrylic or Epoxy)
