Background
Cytokeratin 19 (CK19) with a molecular weight of 40 kDa, it is mainly expressed in Various monolayer epithelium including glandular epithelium. Cytokeratin 19 Monoclonal is mainly used in the judging of adenocarcinoma. Hepatocytes do not express CK19, so it can be used to differentiate HCC from metastatic adenocarcinoma.
