The Hybridoma Growth Medium with HT is a liquid medium optimized for hybridoma expansion after hypoxanthine, aminopterin, and thymidine (HAT) selection. The medium is a chemical-defined medium containing hypoxanthine and thymidine (HT), which is used to wean hybridomas off aminopterin used during the selection process.
