IBT Bioservices Rabbit Anti-Marburg Virus GP pAb is an affinity purified rabbit polyclonal antibody reactive to MARV GP. It detects GP in virus-like particles and in recombinant GP without the transmembrane region, by Western blot and ELISA. The immunogen peptide is specific to the GP2 subunit and the pathogen strain is Angola. Supplied in PBS and 0.02% Sodium azide, at batch dependent concentration. Research use only.

Summary

• Rabbit anti-Marburg Virus GP pAb or affinity purified rabbit polyclonal antibody reactive to MARV GP. The antibody detects GP in virus-like particles (VLP) and recombinant GP without the transmembrane region (rGPΔTM) and recombinant GP without the transmembrane region and without the mucin-like domain (rGPΔmuc) in Western blot and ELISA.
