Description

Accucold offers innovative solutions to vaccine and life science storage with the Performance Series dual compressor combination refrigerator-freezers. These units are purpose-built to ensure a stable temperature performance in hospitals, pharmacies, laboratories, and other facilities.

Sized just under 24" wide, the ARFG15PVDLPW and ARFG15PVDLPWLHD features an upper refrigerator compartment with a small window and independent manual defrost freezer below. Both sections include adjustable plastic-coated wire shelves that can be positioned at 1/2" increments to accommodate virtually any sized item. This unit includes LED internal lighting with an on/off rocker switch. The interior is constructed from white powder coated metal to ensure added durability and better temperature retention. 

The Pharma-Vac Performance Series is designed to meet the demanding needs of vaccine and life science storage. The ARFG15PVDLPW and ARFG15PVDLPWLHD features a dual microprocessor temperature controller (refrigerator range: +2 to +8ºC; freezer range: -30 to -10ºC). The buffered temperature probes are encased in glycol-filled bottles to better simulate temperature of the stored product, with an additional sensor that reads air temperature to ensure superior temperature control. The current and min/max temperature display is viewable in Celsius or Fahrenheit to the nearest tenth of a degree. The audible and visual temperature alarms sound if the interiors go out of range. Additional alarms include a power failure alert, door open alarm, and sensor failure alert system. Both sections are equipped with remote alarm contacts in the rear and a 1/2" probe port on the right side to accept additional monitoring devices. The factory-installed antimicrobial handles are powder-coated with naturally occurring silver ions, which help to reduce the spread of germs, allowing for a safer, cleaner user experience. A hospital grade cord with 'green dot' plug is also included for added safety in high traffic areas.

Inside, the upper refrigerator compartment utilizes adjustable cycle defrost operation to avoid temperature spikes. Optimized forced air cooling with an internal fan ensures excellent temperature stability and uniformity with rapid recovery after door openings. The freezer utilizes static manual defrost cooling.

Both compartments include front-mounted keyed locks and powerful magnetic gaskets to ensure a positive seal, with self-closing doors for added protection in high traffic settings.  Pre-installed hospital grade casters offer easy mobility as needed, with the front two wheels lockable to keep the unit in place. This unit ships with a left hand door swing.

This unit ships with Pharma Watch DLPWRF, a wireless environmental temperature monitoring device (ETM) that enables cloud-based data management. The ETM comes with a refrigerator and freezer probe to record both compartment temperatures via the latest cellular technology. Reports are managed in the included web portal for your records. Temperature alert notifications can be sent via text, call, or email. The device can be mounted to the front or side of the unit. It includes a 2-year certificate of NIST calibration, A/C adapter with 10' long cord, and backup battery.
