The CHEMCO YTZP yttria-stabilized zirconia (YSZ) micro beads and micro milling media are widely used across many industries in high volume manufacturing using bead mills. Our CHEMCO ceramic blast beads are widely used to clean, remove, finish, or prepare a surface. The ceramic blast beads are propelled with the use of compressed air or via centrifugal force by a bladed wheel. Ceramic beads impact the surface to be finished to erode any unwanted materials, to prepare a surface for a coating to be applied, or to provide a desired surface finish.
