Product Form: Dense Pellet made by Cold Iso-static Pressing (CIP)
Available Diameters: 2 inch (50.8 mm) is the standard size, 1 inch (25.4 mm ), 3 inch (76.2 mm) and 4 inch (101.6 mm) are available upon request with longer lead time
Thickness: The standard thickness is 4 mm. Other thickness can be customized upon request.
Applications: Solid state lithium ion electrolyte material for all solid state lithium ion batteries and liquid electrolyte based lithium ion batteries when appropriate electrolyte is used.
Deposition Technique: Thin film deposition by Pulsed Laser deposition (PLD), Sputtering, Ion Beam Sputtering (IBD)
Optional: Copper backing plate (typical 2 mm) and Indium bonding services are available upon request.
