Product Introduction:
SQFL-1700-01 box type atmosphere box furnace uses 1700°C type molybdenum disilicide (MoSi2) heating element, with a double-shell furnace wall structure equipped with intelligent temperature control system, phase-shift trigger, SCR control. The furnace shell with double ventilation design allows the furnace to cool quickly. The furnace door uses circulating water to ensure that no deformation occurs to the door in the first heat quenching, and to ensure the air tightness of the furnace.

Main functions and features:

1. The unique sealing technology ensures the air tightness of the furnace chamber. It can be used under vacuum, argon, nitrogen or other gases in the furnace chamber.

2. Furnace chamber is equipped with Japan-made alumina polycrystalline fibers material, with good insulation properties and energy efficiency. Heating elements are made of premium molybdenum disilicide (MoSi2) material, and depending on the furnace operating atmosphere, the heating elements are coated different protective coating materials in order to greatly improve the service life.

3. Reserved 485 convert interface, and can be connected with PC through software. It has remote control, real time tracking, history recorder, and output report function. In addition, it can be installed with the paperless recorder for data storage and output.

Used by universities, research institutions, industrial and mining companies to do high temperature sintering with atmosphere control, annealing and other hear treatments under controlled atmosphere or vacuum.
