Products Introduce:

SQFL - 1400 box type atmosphere box type furnace adopted Silicon carbide rod as heating elements, with double-shell structure equipped with intelligent temperature control system, phase-shift trigger, SCR control. The furnace shell with double ventilation design makes the furnace can quickly cool. The furnace door adopted circulating water to ensure that no deformation of the door in the first heat quenching, and to ensure the air tightness of the furnace.

Main function and features:

1. The unique sealing technology to ensure the air tightness of the furnace chamber; can be pre- pumping vacuum, argon, nitrogen and other gases into the furnace cleaning to achieve the purpose of protection of the atmosphere;

2. Furnace chamber adopted imported alumina polycrystalline fibers material, with good insulation properties and energy saving,. Heating elements adopted imported Silicon carbide rod  and depending on the atmosphere, plating into a different protective coating,, greatly improving the servicing life.

3. Reserved 485 convert interface, can be connected with PC through software. It has remote control, real time tracking, history recorder, and output report function. And can be installed the paperless recorder for data storage and output.

Main uses:

Used for universities, research institutions, industrial and mining enterprises to do

high temperature sintering atmosphere, atmosphere restoring and vacuum annealing.
