High Purity Propylammonium Iodide (PAI, C3H10IN), 99.5%, 5g

Propylammonium Iodide (PAI) is a popular additive in perovskite materials (ABX3) to improve the stability of perovskite. It reacts with other precursor to form a hydrophobic layer on the perovskite layer to increase the resistance to moist environment. The large diameter of the PA+ restrains the perovskite crystal to grow in one direction, changing the crystal structure from 3D to 2D. The 2D perovskite crystals can be used to make light-emitting diodes or they can be incorporated into 3D perovskite frame to increase the stability and electronic properties.
