High Purity Methylammonium Chloride (MACl, CH6ClN), 99.99%, 50g

Methylammonium Chloride (MACl) is used as an additive to control the crystallization of hybrid organic-inorganic perovskites leading to record efficiencies and stability of the resultant devices. It has recently been successfully employed as a dopant to reduce bandgap width and trap densities for efficient perovskite photodetectors.
