MSE Supplies offers JadeDot - Long Distance from SouthPort. It offers unprecedented optical functions for experiments on the Quantum Design PPMS system. To observe the sample inside the chamber, a high-resolution/long-range microscope is designed to identify objects at 1 meter distance with 1 um resolution. To excite the sample by laser, a programmable laser excitation module can move the laser spot to an arbitrary position with 1 um resolution. The laser mode can also be modulated to different orbital angular momentum (OAM) modes with digital optics. Defocus problem of imaging and excitation due to thermal expansion/contraction during variable temperature measurement can be compensated in situ. High-resolution/long-range microscope images and programmable laser excitation are necessary when researchers need to introduce optics into a Quantum Design PPMS system.
