CoCrW is one of the the stellite alloys, which can resist various types of wear, corrosion and oxidation at high temperature. According to the compositions of alloys, they can be made into welding wire, powder to be used for hard surface surfacing, thermal spraying, spray welding. They can also be made into castings, forgings and powder metallurgy parts.

Particle Size:

Applications:

Powder can be used in laser/electron beam additive manufacturing (SLM/EBM), powder metallurgy (PM), spraying, welding and other processes. Powder is mostly used for 3D printing of biomedical materials such as teeth, human body supports, artificial joints and so on.

Applicable Equipment: 

Powder can be used in various types of metal 3D printers, including Renishaw from the UK, EOS (EOSINT M series) from Germany, Concept Laser, 3D systems from the United States and many other laser melting equipment.
