Product details:

MSE Supplies offers a benchtop and easy-to-use spin coater (BR0231), which is designed for precise and uniform deposition of thin films and coatings. Its rugged, vibration-free and portable design makes it a versatile tool for any high-quality research facility. A two-stage spin process allows dispensing at low speed and homogenizing the coating at high speed. It is widely used by our customer to deposit metal oxide thin films, polymer coatings and metal organic thin films. 

Three standard vacuum chucks (1", 2" and 4") are complimentary offered by MSE Supplies. Please contact us if you need other sized vacuum chucks.
