Applications 

LiF (Lithium Fluoride) high purity (99.999%) granules are used in ceramics, glass, optics (deep UV transparency), batteries as a solid state electrolyte, and optoelectronics. High purity LiF granules can be used as an evaporation material in vacuum deposition.
