    Responsibilities

    • Growing sales volume of assigned products
    • Identifying new sales opportunities with existing and new customers
    • Managing and maintaining a sales pipeline / opportunities in CRM
    • Meeting or exceeding customer expectations in the sales process
    • Providing customer support and communication in close cooperation with colleagues in other departments
    • Winning customer acceptance of sales offers by communicating value propositions
    • Providing market analysis reports and sales pipeline analysis
    • Maintaining technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, researching and reading professional publications and online sources, and participating in professional societies
    • Business travels to attend trade shows and visit customers (less than 15%)

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Minimum a college degree in a STEM or business major is required. Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics or Engineering major is preferred
    • 3+ years sales and customer support experience preferred
    • Experience in lab supplies and equipment for materials research, semiconductors, battery materials preferred
    • Experience with CRM and marketing tools
    • Creative sales and business development strategies for lead generation and conversion
    • Strong communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong ability to address multiple tasks simultaneously to manage projects effectively
    • Organized and efficient. Details-oriented
    • Ability to work under time constraints
    • Strong interest in technology and willingness to learn about products and customer needs
    • Self-motivated and trustworthy
